Head of FP&A

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across finance and operations, providing the clarity, challenge, and commercial insight that guide strategic decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Build, own, and run the FP&A process — shaping how the business plans, forecasts, and measures success.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across P&L, cash flow, and capex.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategic and operational decision-making.
• Create meaningful insight through financial modelling, scenario planning, and trend analysis.
• Leverage technology (ERP, BI tools) to automate, simplify, and elevate FP&A outputs.
• Support the wider transformation of the finance function — embedding smarter, data-driven ways of working.

What you’ll bring:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience.
• A builder’s mindset — someone who can create structure, not just follow it.
• Confident communicator who can influence at senior level and make complex information simple.
• Analytical, curious, and proactive — comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Strong modelling and systems skills; experience with Power BI or Dynamics is ideal.
