Initial briefing
Ideally conducted F2F, this is an integral part of the process. We'll talk through the specifics of the role(s), suitable profile of the candidate and what good would looks like from this person.
Advertising & branding
This will be discussed on our initial meeting on how to tailor this to your requirements and how best to angle it depending on the profile being recruited.
Our Network
Utilise our system and Network, with over 10,000+ connections on LinkedIn, and 4+ years’ worth of a database, the chances are, we may already know your next hire.
Set up interviews
This will also be tailored to you, more than likely you will meet on average 3 candidates for an open perm role, and 2 on average for an interim assignment.
Detailed feedback
From each candidate, drawing out any concerns or questions they may have heading into the final stage, no hidden surprises at offer stage, if you like them, chances are someone else will too.
Offer & Acceptance
Once you've chosen the right candidate for you, we'll help you with your offer and acceptance. For the next 6/12 months we will work with you to ensure that what good looked like at our initial meeting is achieved.
