How we work
After our initial briefing with a client, we consider a strategic plan to reach potential candidates like you. We advertise the role and begin an initial shortlist based on the profiles we see.
We start to speak to you about your skills, motivations and scenarios to really get under the skin and understand if this is the right employer for you. When we feel we’ve nailed that shortlist we speak to our partner.
Now’s your time to shine and meet the great people we partner with. We’ll help you with your interviews, support, knowledge and experience behind you. The offer comes in and you accept the role, it doesn’t end there, we have a duty to ensure you continue to feel the passion and potential within the role and keep in touch for the next weeks and months.
