The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team, taking ownership of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while also helping to shape the finance function as the business continues to scale.

What You’ll Do:
Management Reporting:
- Preparation of timely and accurate management accounts with variance analysis
- Translating numbers into meaningful insights to drive profitability and cost control
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Full ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensuring alignment of financial plans with commercial objectives
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements
- Lead on annual audits and act as main point of contact for external auditors
Systems & Process Improvement:
- Drive efficiency and accuracy through ERP/finance systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Support payroll and ensure accuracy across all finance processes
Commercial Support:
- Provide insight on external factors (supply chain, global events, on-costs) and their impact on business performance
- Partner with operations and leadership to support decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong technical grounding in management reporting, audit, and compliance
- Commercially aware, with ability to link finance to operational outcomes
- Comfortable in an SME setting: proactive, hands-on, and adaptable
- High attention to detail, with a drive to streamline and improve processes
- ERP/finance systems experience (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
