Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll bring analytical rigour, commercial awareness and a proactive mindset to help identify new revenue streams, optimise spend, and improve forecasting accuracy across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting processes.
Support strategic decision-making with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Deliver actionable insights on performance drivers, margin improvement and commercial opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial understanding across the business.
Identify trends and provide recommendations for growth, cost reduction, and revenue optimisation.
Build out new reporting frameworks and dashboards to enhance visibility of KPIs.
Work with large data sets to surface insights that drive smart business decisions.
Present financial information clearly and persuasively to non-finance stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis.
Proven experience in a product-led, fast-paced environment (e.g. retail, e-commerce, tech, or consumer).
Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools a plus.
Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
Curious, solutions-focused mindset – someone who adds value, not just reports it.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence decisions.
